OUR STORY:

Hoomans call me Sebastien. I’m almost six-year-old Pom with less hairs den usual. Dey call dis Alopecia.

I write dis blog on behalf of all doggo frens. We are real gud teachers to our hoomans. We hope you follow our lead and live like us, in da moment. Full of happies. Cause life is a treat!

Since it takes furever to teach hoomans new tricks, I write dis blog to share doggo habits dat come naturally to me. Do dem and you can be as happy as me!

p.s. I am also sharing my alopecia journey. Us doggos don’t care about losing our hair! More treaties and cuddles! Wee! But hoomans get very stressy over dis. My hooman made me try everyfing from acupuncture to da raw beefy diet and smelly lotions, so years later, we know what werks best.

All dis info is here so doggos and their hoomans can be free of worries and full of hairs! Thank you for visiting my blog!

Xoxo,

my hairy tale

THERE ARE TWO KINDS OF DAYS.
ONE THAT IS HAIRY. AND ONE THAT IS NOT.

In 2017, I lost most of my fluffy hair. I didn’t care! Actually, got more treaties, cuddles, and walkies! Wee!

But it was weally hard on hooman cause she thought somefing was wrong. And den udder hoomans started calling me Alopecia. I learned dis meant unexplained hairs loss. And opportunity for hoomans to shame my meal game! (naughty!). We tried everything to get my hairs back. Melatonin treat, acupuncture for zen vibes, the lamb and beefy raw diet, and finally a lotion that smelled like eggies and pooies. Hoomans, here’s what werked and what didn’t. So you don’t waste any time with worries. And you realize, life is even better, less hairy.

HAPPINESS IS ENJOYING
THE LITTLE THINGS IN LIFE

“One Whimzee a day keeps the dentist away!”

8 reason why

Dogs make you happy

1. We make you smile!

They say you should act the way you want to feel. So if you want to feel happy, you should put a smile on your face and that in itself will induce the emotion. Well, there is no reason for that silly exercize when a doggo is nearby. First thing in the morning we are spinning around, wagging our tail, and nuzzling your face. Try not to start your day with a smile!
2. We love you big time

There is no hooman who can love you quite like we do.We often fill that void you didn't even know you had. There issomething about our loyal voice-less nature that gives youexactly what you need. Actions speak louder than words and weshow up every, single, day.
3. We lower your stress

We all know stress causes every bad thing in the book. You can't avoid it but you can pet your stress away by cuddling us!Spend just 10 minutes with a doggo and you can reduce yourcortisol levels. Hoomans have an innate need for touch and laughterso playing with us is even better than yoga.
4. We bring you friends

We doggos are the ultimate conversation starter.Dogowners love to talk about their fur babies all day longand it's totally appropriate to start a convo with a perfectstranger (and their corgie) on the street. My hooman hasmet half of Los Angeles already, because of yours truly! We help create a sense of community.

Getting outside is good for so many reasons. A nice walk inthe sun will boost your mood, improve your short-termmemory, stimulate creativity, and give you an immuneboost. Just follow our lead. Feel the sun, smell the smells, and give a warm hello to everyone you see.
6. We bring you peace

A doggo a day, keeps the therapist away. Just kidding, therapy is pawsome but your furry friend is also good formental health and adds structure to your daily routines.Aka, we give you a purpose! We also remind you to bepresent which reduces anxiety and brings joy.
7. We keep you alive longer

Doggos know how to make hoomans feel like winners. It feels good to feel appreciated and us doggos know how to turnon the gratitude. We'll act like you are the best thing since slicedbread if you serve us breakfast. And we will dance like it'sChristmas every time you walk in the door. And we will be oh sosad when you leave. So yeah, that feels good.

Dear Hoomans…
You are never too old to learn new tricks
“I learned how to brush my teeffs today. I’m three, so wasn’t sure if I could learn anything new but then remembered I’m smartest boi!! Hooman was mumbling stressy things about my gums and tartars and heart….I tried to escape to my teepee… but den she put nummy peanut butter treat on stick and before I knew it, I was doing dis!

Few licks later she put goo on dere dat smelled like tree. Oh well, still gud!
Hoomans, remember dat u gotta learn new tricks too. As doggo, I love doing same fings every single day (nappies, treats, park, poo!) but hoomans gotta change fings up. Your brain needs lots stimulation like ours so every time you try and keep fings fresh for us, do same fur yourself. Change somefing today! Start to dance, go to new coffee shop, write a letter to fren, or learn why our poops come out green sometimes. Doesn’t matter what, but you’ll feel gud fast. Look at world wiff curious sparkly eyes like mine.
